Instant Beauty Hair does not offer any money back returns.
To be eligible for a exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Exchanges on hair bundles, lace closures, and lace frontal's are allowed within two (2) days of customer receiving their order. Exchanges will only be accepted if item(s) are in it's original packaging, not used or worn.
Due to health hazards we will not accept any merchandise that is not in it's original condition. The return item must be unopened, unaltered, unworn, undamaged and all tags included.

We cannot and will not be held responsible for hair that has been over processed with bleach, dye, or any hair color agent. We advise that you seek the assistance of a professional.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Exchanges (if applicable)
There is a 20% restocking fee for ALL returned items. We only replace items if they are defective i.e. incorrect head measurement by wig maker. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com and return instructions for your item(s) will be sent to you. Customer must cover mailing fees.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a track-able shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
