Shipping Policy

Typical shipping time for items in stock is 3-5 business days. Custom orders can take up to 7-14 business days to complete. This does not include processing days for payment verification (1-3 business.)

You will receive an email once your payment has been verified and construction has started.

Ready to ship units ship within 1-3 business days.

Email/Phone Policy

Please allow up to 48 hours for a email reply. Hours of operation are Mon-Fri 10am - 5:30pm. Digital products will be sent during this time frame. So please be mindful of this process during the week & holidays. Phone calls and text will be answered during hours of operation as well via the company phone line (347) 618-7033.


Payment Processing Policy

We are not responsible for payments that are unable to be verified. Payments that are unable to be verified includes:

  • Zip code invalid for card used
  • Card is not the same as name on the order
  • Invalid address
  • Incorrect email placed on-line at the time of you order. If we cannot verify your payment within 5-7 business days your order will be canceled and you will automatically receive a refund.

Wig Returns

If there is a discrepancy for any reason and you are not happy with your experience during the order process feel free to send us the unit back.

It must still be boxed (the seal that holds the original package together must not be opened, manipulated, or ripped) with lace still fully attached for an exchange on your product, or store credit.

Class Payment Plan Policy

Payment plan arrangements are only available for those who have secured a deposit and enrolled in a class or educational program. Class fees are due prior to or on the day of class via invoice payment only.


Class Refund Policy

Final sale. No refund for any class reservations under any circumstances.

All intellectual property such as ebooks, forms, instructional videos and guides are copyright protected so please be mindful when downloading your item that you do not share the content with anyone who has not purchased themselves.
